When a father falls down the stairs, his son knows to call 911 from watching Rescue 911 episodes on TV. Also included in this clip are a fan letter from a woman whose son knew to call 911 when she was attacked by a swarm of hornets and a short segment with William Shatner talking to school children about calling 911. This segment was taken from the Rescue 911 special "100 Lives Saved" (Episode 401) which aired September 15, 1992 on CBS.
